PRODUCT TIME 

Thanks to our wonderful customers we are full with order and it's taking us 5 business days to complete orders (although sometimes we get extra help and finish them before) plus shipping time; We're currently shipping Woodbridge, ON via Canada Post and to U.S we ship from New York using USPS.  We always try our best to meet the estimated ship deadline of the "Scheduled Shipping Day", sometimes we might have a delay a couple of days due to Busy or Holiday Seasons, but we ask you to be patience with us. 


If you need your order faster, please contact us before placing your order to guarantee on time delivery. Many of our items are time sensitive (holidays, party and events), we encourage you to plan ahead! Rush Orders are available, please contact us before placing the order.

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and are sent in a poly mailer for protection and safe travels. Free tracking is included with all domestic orders. We ship to addresses provided on your receipt, please make sure the address is correct! If you wish to upgrade to Priority Mail (which includes insurance) you can do so before placing your order.

International Shipping, it generally takes 15-20 days to arrive, it's is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all customs and duty fees. Should you deny any charges, your order will be considered "abandoned" and will not be refunded or replaced.

We ship orders in time for them to arrive to their location based on the standards USPS processing time, but we cannot guarantee that USPS will not takes longer. Please plan ahead and order with enough time. Juice Box Brand is not responsible for items that are delayed or lost in shipment. Please contact the USPS for more information on lost or delayed items

Estimated Delivery Times:
US: 2-5 business days (approximate)
International: 15-20 business days.

REFUNDS
Refunds are only given to orders cancelled within 12 hours. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please message us at hello [!at] juiceboxbrand.com mentioning your Order ID. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 10 calendar days of the date of receipt of your order, for a store credit or exchange only. The product has to be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which they were received - including original packaging and tags. Shipping charges are responsibility of the purchaser.

If your product has been used, worn or washed, and for some reason it has a problem we would try our best to accommodate your situation and fix it. Please be sure to follow the caring instructions!
(Our Applique Garments are required to be hand washed inside out and air dry)

EXCHANGES
We allow only "size" exchanges, the buyer will have to pay the return shipping (with tracking informa
tion) and the new shipping to send the correct size.

CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately if you have to Cancel your Order you will have to do it within 12 hours; even though we take 3-5 days to complete your order, we start working on it within 12 hours of receiving it, for that reason we do not allow cancellations after the specified time frame.
